Wanted to have all the Oracle EBusiness Suite Base Product Schema's Password Changed
The following command changes all ORACLE schema passwords to "WELCOME":
FNDCPASS apps/apps 0 Y system/manager ALLORACLE WELCOME
To get this option with FNDCPASS apply patch 4745998
