Very large customers with many interconnected Oracle Databases may need to follow the CPU Patch

Came across an article from InfoWorld http://www.infoworld.com/d/security/fundamental-oracle-flaw-revealed-184163-0 If you are supporting very large customers with many interconnected Oracle Databases then there is a possibility of getting a strange bug with SCN. Was wondering if this has ever happened at any customer base or just at the InfoWorld
